Christ To The World supplies Catholic sacramentals, devotional items, religious gifts, books and related products.

Availability can change quickly and is only confirmed when Christ To The World responds to your enquiry.

Your order will only be processed once the item is available, the quotation has been accepted and payment has been received.

5. Placing an order

Orders are placed through WhatsApp, email or another method agreed with Christ To The World.

Customers may browse the website and contact us with the relevant product name or product code.

We will confirm the product, current price, availability, payment information and delivery arrangements directly with you.

Orders are only started once payment has been received.

6. Payment

Christ To The World accepts cash, card and EFT.

Payment is required before an order is prepared for delivery or collection.

Orders are dispatched only once payment has cleared.

7. Delivery and collection

Christ To The World offers courier delivery within South Africa, across Africa and worldwide.

Collection is also available by arrangement.

Delivery fees are calculated according to the delivery distance and the weight of the parcel and will be confirmed as part of your quotation.

Our usual delivery timeframe is approximately 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, the customer placing the order is responsible for any customs duties, import charges, taxes or similar destination-country fees that may apply.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Christ To The World does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges and does not provide change-of-mind refunds.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any mandatory rights a customer may have under applicable South African consumer law, including rights that may apply to defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant goods.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before payment has been made.

Orders are only started once payment has been received.

Once payment has been made and the order has been started, cancellation is not accepted except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. All orders

All orders are treated under the same general ordering, payment, cancellation and delivery rules set out in these Terms unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are welcome to contact us about products that are not currently listed on the website or about larger quantity requirements. Current availability and pricing will be confirmed before payment is made.

12. Religious use of products

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Christ To The World products are supplied unblessed.

Customers who wish to have a Rosary, medal, Crucifix, statue or other devotional item blessed may take the item to the priest at their church after purchase.

The use of devotional items is a matter of faith and personal religious practice. We do not make claims that a devotional object itself guarantees a particular spiritual, medical, financial or other outcome.

Information on the Sacramentals Guide and other educational sections of this website is provided for general informational purposes.
